About Epcot
Epcot is divided into two main sections: Future World and World Showcase.
Future World features attractions that focus on technology and innovation, with pavilions dedicated to topics such as energy, transportation, and space exploration. Attractions include Spaceship Earth, a ride through time that explores the history of communication and technology, and Test Track, a high-speed ride through the design and testing of cars.
World Showcase is a collection of pavilions that showcase the culture and traditions of different countries from around the world. The pavilions feature architecture, food, and entertainment that is representative of each country. Some of the pavilions include Mexico, China, Germany, Italy, and Japan, among others. World Showcase also features several rides and attractions, such as The Seas with Nemo & Friends, a ride through an aquarium, and Soarin’ Around the World, a flight simulation attraction.
Epcot also features a number of dining options, from quick service to table service restaurants, that feature cuisines from around the world. Some notable restaurants include Le Cellier Steakhouse in the Canada pavilion and Biergarten Restaurant in the Germany pavilion.
Additionally, Epcot offers a fireworks show called “Epcot Forever” which takes place around the World Showcase Lagoon. This show features fireworks, pyrotechnics, laser lights, and a synchronized music score.
Overall, Epcot offers a diverse and educational experience that immerses guests in the cultures and traditions of different countries while also showcasing the latest advancements in technology and innovation.

Epcot hosts several events throughout the year, including:
Epcot International Festival of the Arts:
This festival, typically held in January and February, celebrates the visual, culinary, and performing arts. It includes exhibits, demonstrations, workshops, and live performances.
Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival:
This festival, typically held in March and April, features topiaries, gardens, and outdoor kitchens with seasonal food and drinks. There are also live music, horticulture seminars and more.
Epcot International Food & Wine Festival:
This festival, typically held in late August through November, features food and drink from around the world. It includes food and wine pairings, tastings, and cooking demonstrations.
Epcot International Festival of the Holidays:
This festival, typically held in November and December, features live music, holiday decor, and special food and drinks. It also includes a Candlelight Processional, a retelling of the Christmas story by a celebrity narrator accompanied by a choir and live orchestra.
Epcot International Festival of the Arts:

Ratatouille: Remy's Ratatouille Adventure is a trackless dark ride attraction based on Disney Pixar's 2007 hit film Ratatouille. It shrinks guests down to the size of a rat in a 4D experience as they race through Gusteau's kitchen just like in the film.
